At Rosseni we transform the facades of your buildings into architectural masterpieces.
One of our most significant projects of 2023 concerns Villa Barchetta, an example of architectural excellence that finds a reality in Salvaterra di Casalgrande (RE). In this land famous for the production of ceramics for architecture and construction, we collaborated with the Gpa + Partners studio on a residential project that stands out for the choice of cladding materials. A bronze-colored seamed aluminum roof blends harmoniously with a ventilated casing in three-dimensional metal panels. This choice is not only dictated by aesthetic reasons, but also by the need to guarantee resistance to atmospheric agents and thermal variations. In fact, the roof and the facade create an enveloping envelope that protects the home, from which no openings emerge. The bronze color and the continuous surfaces conceal the windows on the south and north facades, which are only visible when the imposing Rosseni knee-shaped shutters are opened.
Villa Barchetta is an example of architectural excellence, a contemporary and experimental project at the same time, and inserted in a traditional context, is based on two fundamental compositional principles:
The first, the balance of formal proportions involves the entire design, maintaining a dimensional relationship between all the architectural parts. The second, the contrasts between empty and full spaces, as well as between light and dark colors, create an autumnal harmony that permeates the material and chromatic choices.
Covered in aluminum, our knee-high sunshades give authenticity to this country house, which has taken the place of a pre-existing dilapidated structure, and which now lives a renewed dialogue with the natural context in which it is inserted. A successful fusion of tradition and modernity.
Every new project is a challenge for us. Our team of professionals works with creativity and dedication, to ensure quality and design Made in Italy.
